Payment
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. When you order through our secure online shopping cart, we do not charge your credit card until we ship your merchandise to you, except for Paypal that is charged when the order is placed.
We currently accept payment by:
- Paypal ,Venmo, Bitcions , Cashapp
If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement. If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment. You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout or if we need verification information to process your order.
International Orders
We ship to most international countries. You can also use our Retail Locator to find the nearest Authorized Billiard dealer in your area.
To get a shipping cost estimate, add the desired items to your shopping cart and use the shipping estimate tool that is on the right side of the shopping cart page. You will need to enter the destination country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal code to see your shipping options and prices.
Any order shipping to a freight forwarding service may be held for up to 72 hours as a fraud prevention measure. We appreciate your patience.
*Signature REQUIRED for all Billiard orders over $300 upon receipt of delivery!
Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Billiard Group can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
International Sales Tax and Import Duties
Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and may be required by the country you live in. These are not included in our shipping prices that only cover the shipping cost. You are responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon receipt if applicable.
United States Orders
We ship to the United States. For domestic orders, please go to our USA website by changing your region at the bottom of this page. The United States country is only available during checkout on the Predator Cues USA website. You can also use our Retail Locator to find the nearest Authorized Billiard dealer in your area.
We Do Not Ship to Parcel Forwarding Companies
Our USA website only accepts orders for customers living and receiving delivery in the US. We will not ship orders placed on our USA website to US-based package forwarding services or re-shippers. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company will be canceled. If you are located in a country outside of the United-States, please order from our International website. We ship to most countries.
When Will My Order Ship
Orders are shipped every business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). All in stock Standard orders will be shipped within 2 business days following credit card authorization and verification. Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST, over a weekend or on a holiday, as well as any order requiring special handling such as custom options (tip change, etc.).
UPS My Choice: sign up for a UPS MyChoice account to reschedule your delivery and choose your delivery preference.
Shipping Problems
While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation, contact us via the blue Help button that is at the bottom right of this screen, or call us toll-free at
If you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in your possession, please have your order number ready and call us toll-free at
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Customer Service Representative with Billiard Group or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.
Express Shipping:
All in-stock, non customized, standard orders shipping via UPS Express ordered prior to 12:00 pm Eastern Time will ship the same day. Customized orders and orders with item that are currently backordered that are placed shipping via UPS Express will ship via UPS Express upon completion or receipt of backordered items.
UPS or FedEx Intercepts:
UPS My Choice and FedEx shipment redirections initiated by customers are not allowed on our accounts to prevent fraudulent redirections of packages. If you need to redirect a package, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives for a change of address post-shipment. UPS or FedEx Intercept and shipment redirections will incur a $30 USD charge per tracking number. This request must be initiated by phone at
